Tom Keefe serves as Executive Managing Director and Co-Head of MF1 at Berkshire. In his position, Tom is jointly responsible for overseeing the strategy, operations, and investment in multifamily debt for MF1 and the Lending Fund Series.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Tom was a founder and partner at Limekiln Real Estate, where he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Production. During his tenure at Limekiln Real Estate, he led the origination of over $30 billion in multifamily debt and expanded the firm's base of institutional sponsor relationships.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Catholic University of America.
