Dana Hamilton is the former Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Pretium, a residential real estate investment firm. At Pretium, she oversaw more than $30 billion in single-family residential real estate and chaired the firm’s Real Estate Investment Committee. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly two decades at Archstone in the U.S. and Europe, serving as Executive Vice President – National Operations and later as President – Europe, where she built the firm’s European fund and asset management platform. She has more than 30 years of real estate experience across investment management, operations and public company governance.

Dana Hamilton received a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Stanford University and an MBA in real estate and finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Presidents’ Program and currently serves on the boards of Opendoor Technologies and Evergreen Residential.
